The challenge for this month is “April Fool“, and is all about presenting a recipe and a dish in which is not as it seems. The easiest example of this is the Sunny-Side Up Eggs by Wayfarer in the Kitchen.
Our very own Zack from The Irish Food Guide is one of the judges this time, and, as the judges must submit a recipe, Zack chose to do “Lamb Cupcakes“. Very clever!
So, with that in mind, maybe you should get your thinking caps on, and see what “deceptively” good recipes you can come up with.
